Salesman Able Torres and GM Daniel will feed you promise after promise, waste months of your time, then ghost you the second it suits them. Only been here twice but really enjoyed the service! The waiting room was comfortable, the service was pretty fast and reasonably priced. The staff have a great attitude and sense of humor and are overall very professional. Beth was very patient when answering my questions on the phone.

I was able to have my appointment scheduled within the week. Loren and Beth are wonderful to work with, they are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! If you're looking for a tire rotation and oil change, they'll have you out the door in no time. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. I did not feel as though anyone was trying to sell me something. I cannot recommend Jess Ford enough.

Would never work with dealership, had a deal worked out on a navigator but they sold it the day before it was to be delivered. Don’t have much respect for a dealership that does business like this.

Professional superior service department I was actually told to take my Lincoln to Jess Ford by Lewiston Joe Hall As they refused to honor my nationwide Ford/Lincoln warranty so off to Jess Ford we went I will never recommend ,refer or buy from Joe Hall and have discovered that I’m not the only one who has issues with Joe Hall.Jess Ford made sure I had a rental car waiting at the dealership my car was repaired and warranty honored the service department is incredible like old time customer service.Joe Hall Ford/Lincoln could use some pointers ... Traveling through Pullman to Spokane. Had a bad vibration in my car. Stopped in to see if someone could look at it. Was told to leave for a couple of days. I asked and "Be stranded?" Again told the same thing. No care for the customer at all. How is you don't live in the town do you drop off a vehicle? Guy at service desk needs to have listening training so he can actually help people.

Unlike my local dealer, Jess Ford gave me a time slot within a day or two. With no run around. I thought I had made a mistake buying the ford with the level of service from my local dealer. I bought the car there because the salesman treated very respectful, will never go there again. Jess Ford is awesome you should be proud of them. This was our first new Ford we ever bought. Jess Ford has a great service department. I made an appointment to have the oil changed in my Expedition. My vehicle was taken in on time and the service was completed quite quickly. The service manager was good about telling me what they did and what was upcoming for maintenance. I really trust these guys with my vehicle.

Jess Ford is a great place to do business and Tommy Coffee is absolutely great to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made the entire process as painless as possible. This was the easiest car purchase I had ever made! He made the test drive enjoyable and showed what great features the SUV had and helped make the transition very easy and fun! We have bought numerous cars and trucks from Jess Ford over the years and it has always been a great experience. The salesmen are a pleasure to work with, honest and straightforward. Our 2001 F-350 Diesel "Old Whitey" is still going strong with 220,000 miles as is the 2007 Ford Focus with 150,000. When its time to buy again, it will definitely be from Jess Ford!!

Jess Ford has always given me good service and I use them a lot. Once I was in trouble and they gave me what I consider was above and beyond the call of duty. I was buying cattle in Montana and hit a deer on highway 200 about an hour out of Great Falls, Montana. I have purchased two F450 pickups from Jess Ford. The sales department has been a pleasure to work with. Sales reps have done a good job answering all my questions about the pickups, including calling Ford for answers to my hard questions. Their level of knowledge and friendliness far exceeded the dealers in my home town. Kieth in the service department is competent and good to work with. Slow, dishonest, apathetic, and outright rude are a few of the issues plaguing Jess Ford's Service Department. In addition, they're incompetent repairmen, and when called-out on their poor performance, they become defensive and inundate the customer with excuses and a lack of accountability. Can't speak about the Sales Department, but I can say the service department at Jess Ford is a disaster. If you are a woman who does not wish to be ripped off by a car dealership - Do not go to Jess Ford of Pullman. I just had the classic bait and switch attempted on me. I was quoted $40 over the phone (with the service man confirming with his supervisor) to have my oil changed and snow tires switched out. When I arrived they tried to charge me $100. When I explained that I had already been quoted $40 they became rude and hostile.
