The 2025 model year introduces a few key updates to keep the Expedition competitive in the full-size SUV segment:

• New TREMOR Trim: Ford expands its off-road capability by adding the Expedition TREMOR, a trail-tuned version that includes all-terrain tires, a modified suspension, skid plates, and a more aggressive design. It’s the perfect match for Pullman’s rugged landscape.

• Updated Tech: The SYNC® 4 system with a larger available 15.5” touchscreen is now more responsive and smarter, with built-in Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and cloud-based connectivity.

• Enhanced Safety: Ford Co-Pilot360™ includes available BlueCruise hands-free highway driving and expanded towing assistance features.

• Design Tweaks: Subtle exterior styling changes like grille updates, lighting enhancements, and more color choices help the 2025 Expedition stand out.

🛻 Trim Levels for 2025

The 2025 Expedition comes in 4 trims, offering everything from basic utility to luxury road-tripping:

• Active: The new entry-level trim replaces previous XL and XLT models, offering a 3.5L EcoBoost® V6 engine with 400 horsepower, a 24-inch digital instrument panel, and a 13.2-inch touchscreen. It’s available in both standard and MAX configurations, with optional 4×4. ​
• Platinum: This trim adds luxury features like Active Motion® massaging front seats, a panoramic Vista Roof®, and Ford’s BlueCruise hands-free highway driving technology. It also offers an available high-output 3.5L EcoBoost® V6 engine with 440 horsepower. ​
• Tremor: Designed for off-road enthusiasts, the Tremor trim includes a high-output 3.5L EcoBoost® V6 engine, 33-inch all-terrain tires, skid plates, and Trail Turn Assist. It’s exclusively available in 4×4.
• King Ranch: Combining luxury with rugged capability, the King Ranch features Del Rio leather upholstery, a 22-speaker B&O Unleashed Sound System, and continuously controlled damping suspension.
